This form will create a password file so you can password protect directories on your website. This only works on our Apache hosting If you require password protected directories for NT/IIS hosting, please contact Technical Support at 615-386-9160. In order to password protect a directory you need two files. The '.htaccess' file tells the webserver where the password file is and the password file itself, 'passwd'. You create the 'passwd' file from this form. When you create the passwd through this form, instructions are included on where to place the files. Please remeber that usernames and passwords are CaSe SensItIvE. |
